Bulk Bag Filling System # of Units 3
Designed to fill build bags. Units have 3 settings - bulk, fill, and final adjustment. System has vibrating platform and stainless steel contact points.
Toledo Drum Filler # of Units 2
This unit is complete with vibrating platform and digital read out.
Cardinal 4 Station Liquid Drum Filler # of Units 2
This unit can handle 55 gallon drums, 25 gallon kegs, and 5 gallon pails. Unit is designed for bottom fill as well as top fill.
25 kg Bags / Valve or Open Top # of Units 10
Taylor, St. Riegus, Chandtland, and others. All are stainless steel construction. Valve type filling systems include auger, air, and open head systems.
Pail Filling Line # of Units 2
Meter auger fillers for filling small packages and pails up to 40 lbs. This system is computer operated and has bar code scanning features.
Bottling Lines # of Units 2
8 nozzle Filmatic bottling line with capper and associated conveying lines with ink jet printer. 4 head ELF bottling line and capper and associated conveying lines with ink jet printer.
Tubing Line # of Units 2
Kalix tube filling 60 tubes per minute. Fills plastic head seal and metal tubes. Also can fill caulking tubes.
